Having spoken to groups such as the Morgan State University Athletics Track and Field Team and various high school students, I bring a wealth of experience in engaging and mentoring others. My approach combines education, storytelling, and practical tools to create an impactful experience for audiences of all ages.
I started speaking to young adults because I believe this is the pivotal stage where they begin to define their futures yet often feel held back by fear or uncertainty. Having faced my own struggles as a student-athlete, I understand the pressure, confusion, and self-doubt that can cloud one’s sense of purpose. My mission is to help young people see that within them lies the power to overcome these barriers and take charge of their own destinies.
Through my talks, I aim to inspire them to discover their passions, build resilience, and move forward confidently in their journey.
One of the most important lessons I want to impart is this: “Fear is the thief of your greatest treasures. Don’t allow it to rob you of the gifts you were meant to share with the world.”
I encourage young people to push past their fears, trust in their abilities, and embrace their unique strengths. By doing so, they can unlock their full potential and make an impact on their own terms.
Our workshops focus on creating a healthier work-life balance and improving mental health in the workplace. Services include:
